CHECK OUT TO DO LIST

Prior to check out, please email nice170@outlook.com or text/call Hanse Mobile 0490869726 or +61490869726 to inform him which check out to do list you wish to perform.
Every attempt will be made to contact the tenant within 48 hours of departure. However if the tenant is not contactable we reserve the right to process any payments required to cover loss, damage or extra cleaning. Security deposit will be returned within 1 week of departure.

OPTION 1 (TENANT PERFORM DUTIES)

  1. Clean carpet to Original Check In Condition [vacuum supplied, it might be necessary to steam clean the carpet if the normal vacuuming does not return the carpet back to Original Check In Condition (If shoes are worn on the carpet, carpet will require steam cleaning)].
  2. Wash and dry Sheets, towels and Quilt cover (you only need to wash the quilt cover if you used the quilt cover without the white sheet, hence the quilt cover is now dirty).
  3. Use the newly washed and dry clean sheets to make the bed & return it to Original Check In Condition.
  4. Use the newly washed and dry clean towels (2 bath towels & 1 foot towel) and place them on the railings in the bathroom. At the same Original Check In Location.
  5. Garbage and any items not belonging to the unit should be removed entirely from the property prior to your departure.
  6. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and any other kitchen items/utensils are to be washed and returned to their original place and not left in the sink or dishwasher.
  7. The oven must be left in the same condition as on arrival.
  8. Unit to be vacated by 10am. If the property is not vacated by 10am & it has not been previously arranged in writing then a late checkout fee will apply. The late checkout fees are $20 per hour for every hour or part thereof until it has been vacated.
  • GOLD COAST PROPERTY: ALL KEYS are to be left on the table next to the TV upon departure of premises unless otherwise organised. Failure to do so will incur loss of keys fee, which attracts an $80 charge per key.
  • CAIRNS PROPERTY: ALL KEYS are to be return to the Key Storage Box upon departure of premises unless otherwise organised. Failure to do so will incur loss of keys fee, which attracts an $80 charge per key.

 

OPTION 2 (TENANT HIRE SOMEONE TO PERFORM DUTIES OUTLINE ABOVE)

  • GOLD COAST PROPERTY: Mr Raphael Mobile 0432956676 (Gold Coast). Please make contact with Raphael & make the necessary arrangement & payment directly to Raphael. The usual cost Raphael charges to clean the unit & return it to the same Original Check In Condition, is $60. However if the unit is very dirty & messy, Raphael will charge a higher fee. You need to negotiate & make the payment directly to Raphael. Please note, we do not have any affiliation with Raphael & do not receive any compensation from Raphael .
  • CAIRNS PROPERTY: Mr Darcy Mann Mobile 0423621965, +617 30608771 (Cairns). Please make contact with Darcy & make the necessary arrangement & payment directly to Darcy. The usual cost Darcy charges to clean the unit & return it to the same Original Check In Condition, is $60. However if the unit is very dirty & messy, Darcy will charge a higher fee. You need to negotiate & make the payment directly to Darcy. Please note, we do not have any affiliation with Darcy & do not receive any compensation from Darcy.

OPTION 3 (LESSOR HIRE SOMEONE TO PERFORM DUTIES OUTLINE ABOVE)

  • Lessor hires someone to perform cleaning & return unit to the same Original Check In Condition. The cleaning fee will be around $100-200 depending on the duties.

Please place any dirty sheets, towels etc…. in the bathroom bathtub & it will be attended to. Charges apply (approximately $60-100).
